Congrats on the new weapon. It usually does increase your dps some although overall gear ilvl usually increases your dps just as much. So just keep gaining gear and it should go up. Looks like you are hit and exp capped as proper. You have a number of missing enchants on items but probably the biggest one to worry about is putting the Lord Blastington's scope on the weapon itself. Its a nice bonus for your damage so try to pick up one from the AH. Offhand, I'm not familiar with the stat priority for MM spec, Surv loves crit so my gear is all going into crit:

Let me know if you have further questions. If you have a combatlog on World of Logs or something like that, I, among others, can help look through it and suggest further improvements.

Thank You for the suggestion i haven't been able to find a Lord Blastington's Scope yet but I have been able to get all the other enchants. I was wondering if there was wondering if there were any diminishing returns on haste for hunters?

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...ooter/advanced

There are no Diminishing Returns on hastefor any classes. Diminishing returns refers to the phenomenon where as you increas the amount of a stat the amount of rating required to increase the stat by a given amount will increase, (totally mad eup numbers) the going from 0% to 1% parry requires ~900 rating, going from 20% to 21% requires ~1000 rating. Haste on the other hand always converts at the same rate; you always get 1% haste for about ~425 rating, however this is modified by other haste effects multiplicatively, so if you're a goblin you need less becuase you always multiply your haste from Rating by 1.02 due to the racial haste, and the haste buff.

However there may be points where Haste loses DPS value, probably as either you reach a point where you can't spend focus fast enough (possible during lust or focus fire) or SS's cast time drops below the GCD.

Hunters, Just get a Sporebat, most LFRs will be missing that buff.
