Changing tanks to monk, looking for gear assistance

With the patch our druid tank decided to quit, we replaced him with a paladin tank. Since we have no one else taking leather agility gear and so the new paladin and I will not need to share non-tier, I was asked to change to my monk from my DK, I am okay with that but since I have not done any serious raiding on my monk, and have not found a good source of monk tanking, I figured I would check here to see if any of you with the knowledge can provide me any feedback on my gem/reforge/enchants for my monk

There is a thread on EJ by Pisshands that covers monk tanking fairly well.

Get hit/expertise capped to stabilise you're chi generation, then as much haste until you can't spend energy fast enough (somehwere near 9k), whilst agility is useful, You to gem secondary stats. Ideally you'd use a 2h (slightly more EB stacks and slightly better haste scaling) with Dancing steel on it. Technically Powerstrikes is more CPS than Acension until you get rather alot of haste if you can proc it on CD.
