WeakAuras

Hello.

Wanted to get an addon that helps display debuffs on me, target and focus.

Also having cds pop somewhere else on screen than my bar.

A friend suggested WeakAuras and it seems to be able to do all the things I want, although seems painful to set up.

My question would be whether it's the best way to get these things, or if there is something better out there?

Personally, I think that addon type is the best. Weak Auras or Power Auras just allows so much more control over what you see and how you see it.

Here are some others that may be easier for you to set up and you may prefer but personally, I felt were harder to set up or allowed less control and so I did not like them.

I'll have to try and learn how to set up weakauras then.

This guy has really good You Tube videos about setting up Weak Auras. I'm not sure how many there are in the series, but he covers everything from simple buff's and debuff's, to simple LUA code and statements for more advanced users.
