I thought there wasn't a cap on vengeance? I looked at a few other vengeance addons and they all showed a cap, which I seemed to hit when I went for a quick lfr run.

They are wrong. Blizzard have siad there isn't a cap, testing on live and beta has yet to show a discernable cap, so even if there is a hidden cap, its so high as to be meaningless. the only real cap is the point at which the incoming DPS is more than your healthpool.
