Which cloak is better for a prot warrior?

So I don't know if it helps, but you can look up my armory here, http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/thrall/Gorgol/advanced and I am trying to figure out which cloak would be better for a Protection Warrior. I am currently wearing Spritguard Drape http://www.wowhead.com/item=69800 but I was going to buy either Floating Web http://www.wowhead.com/item=58190 or else Gray Hair Cloak http://www.wowhead.com/item=58192 I think that the Gray Hair Cloak is intended to be the tank cloak and the Floating Web is intended to be the DPS cloak, but I feel like I would be better off reforging the expertise on the Floating Web into dodge or parry rather than reforging the expertise on Gray Hair Cloak into mastery, since I would get so much more mastery that way. Any suggestions? If I understand correctly, mastery>parry>dodge but you should try to keep dodge and parry close due to diminishing returns, but I also figured that maybe I got that wrong and I should just be trying to calculate the greatest overall avoidance with those cloaks.

He's only neutral with Hyjal, by the time he got to exalted he'd be able to buy http://www.wowhead.com/item=77099; which he should probably wait to do anyway. Actually, the cloak from HoT is pretty nice http://www.wowhead.com/item=72854 or could just do (endure) the Thrall quest chain and pick up http://www.wowhead.com/item=71270.

Personally, since you're at at 379 ilvl, I'd wait out to buy the VP cloak - only 2 weeks. When I was doing my VP shopping I prioritized the things I could not get in raid for my tank i.e. neck, cloak and sigil (pally, dk and druid); boots and bracers were somewhere in there, but since I have 9 85s farming, I was moving those things around to the toons that were raiding first.

That said, I am curious which of those cloaks would actually be better.

depends on whether you're CTC capped, and relative amounts of your parry/dodge ratings.
