Need help with my Pally Tank

I seem to be having a problem with the amount of damage I'm taking I hear on a fairly regular basis that I'm hard to heal and/or that my healer is oom. Currently I'm running random HoT's and just starting to get into raiding. I've read up as much as I could but I think there's something I'm not getting. Any advice would be really appreciated.

You're not in full tanking gear, and you're not full enchanted. Most tanks will be around 397 ilvl, all taking gear. You're behind the gear curve.

First, try to upgrade your blues asap and get a tanking trinket to replace your boar and a tanking ring to replace your agi ring.
Second, enchant your gear and use your chimera's eyes from JC.
Third, change your chest enchant since enchanting for stam before youre CTC capped is a bad idea and change your weapon enchant from mending to windwalk.
Fourth, Pick up Divine Gaurdian and Gaurded by light and I personally prefer to move the 2 points from seals of the pure to eternal glory but im not sure on the theory crafting from that one. Drop points from Hallowed ground to get Gaurded by the light as consecration is pathetically weak. I also personally prefer to go into holy instead of ret with my extra points to get last word but thats also more personal preference.

for any other help I would need either logs or at the very least a basic description of how you do your rotation and how you pop your cooldowns.

Eternal Glory is a 30% chance to be able to use ShoR after using Word of Glory. You use WoG on average maybe once per minute. So, again on average, you'll see it proc once every 3 minutes. I don't think you need a calculator to know that 45000 damage every 180 seconds isn't really worth it.

ah good to know. I basically WoG on cd though just to provide heals with a steady stream of help unless im saving it for right after a big hit like the impale on madness, does that make eternal glory worth it you think fetzie?

Just farm the hell out of THe HoT dungeons, and run a full LFR each week, generally replace the lowest Ilvl pieces first the idea is to get your self ctc capped (102.4% block+parry+dodge+miss chance) so try to favour getting peices that are mastery/avoidance or avoidance avoidance.
