If I got it right, I should drop as much exp as possible and go for Mastery over Crit.

nah, you wanna keep your caps since you're still going to have to kill adds that can dodge/parry/be missed (think: corrupting parasites, regenerating bloods, healing bloods, terrors).

however, you want to be abusing Spellweave as much as possible, which means you want to emphasize both mastery over crit (for more opportunity strikes for more Spellweave), and get Blood and Thunder in your spec. if you have a Bone-Link Fetish, you'll want that for even more Spellweave.
