Budgets for computers suck...Need advice

Intel Core i5 2400 Processor with Motherboard vs Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 2500K (3.3GHz) Processor

The above are the 2 options I am considering, mainly because the i7 that is an option is just too expensive in comparison. Any suggestions on which of these 2 is better than the other would be awesome.

Then below are 2 graphics cards that fit my budget and I can't decide which is better than the other...

NVIDIA GeForce GTX550 1GB PCI Express 2.0 DVI Graphics Card or The AMD Radeon HD6850 1GB Video Card

At this point in time, wait the three weeks until Ivy Bridge processors come out. Rumoured to be 10-15% more performance for the same price.
