BiS Curiosity question.

Are any of you are using (dps madness shoulders) http://www.wowhead.com/item=78465 over (motchok tank shoulders) http://www.wowhead.com/item=78367 ?
Although tecnicly a dps piece, i figured the extra gem slot and the fact it gives mastery would allow it to be a optimal replacement even as prot.
I know its not a actualy relevant question as there is no content to gear up for after madness, just got curious.
