Until CTC cap I'd suggest 2 mastery trinkets. Alchemist, Mirror or Fire of the Deep are probably the easiest to obtain for you.
My prot warrior has been 85 for ten days as of today and currently sits at a 382 ilvl, 184k hp, and 96.73% CTC, all unbuffed.

Currently, as you can see in the link, I'm gemmed and enchanted to maximize mastery, except I run with the http://www.wowhead.com/item=68915 (Scales of Life) and http://www.wowhead.com/item=58483 (Lifebound Alchemist Stone) as my trinkets. I just got the VP trinket today, http://www.wowhead.com/item=77117 , and now my only decision is which trinket to replace. Normally, replacing the lower ilvl trinket would be common sense, but since I've been going for pure mastery, I dunno if it's worth replacing the scales instead.
Replacing the alchemy trinket puts me at 177k hp and 98.7% CTC, whereas replacing the scales of life puts me at 174k hp and just over 100% CTC. This character is starting raiding for the first time tonight, and he'll be tanking 10M normals, so I'm just looking for input over which one you guys think is the best scenario. Thanks alot.![]()

You can comfortable kill DW 10n with an unbuffed health of 170k. If you're not CTC capped more than that is just shoving socks down your pants.
Yeah, while you're still pushing for CTC, let your health take care of itself, and get as much mastery as you can. Then once you're past CTC you can start to gem a little Stamina, or get a Stamina trinket in. Around 101% passive you should be at CTC with full raid buffs and food.
As a side note, when you're past ctc, start stacking a little more parry than dodge. When you're still pushing for CTC it's ok to have them even so you can get the most out of them, but because of HTL you'll want to have more parry.
