    Trinkets and avoidance difference?

    Hey everyone,
Since we can easily reach CTC cap now, it's fine to bump up avoidance in place of mastery. My question is should we still keep our parry/dodge close, reforging to our preferred D:P ratio while disregarding trinket ratings?

Using the stacking dodge trinket from Spine, and considering trinkets are generally swapped around for different fights, should I balance D/P before or after adding the trinket and full stacked buff?

I always figured since trinkets are swapped a fair bit, it's better to balance avoidance w/out the trinket. It just means with Resolve of Undying 10 stacks dodge is 1.52% over parry.
Reforging to balance d/p 'with' the trinket means if I swap to another trinket parry is 4.51% over dodge.

Hit 102.4 then stack stamina. That trinket is fairly terrible.

Without arguing what trinket is best or what to do after ctc... I'm asking, in general, would I be better WITH an avoidance trinket to balance dodge and parry before or after adding the trinkets ratings.
