I really really want to know what is in this UI and what the addons are i want this to be my UI SO BAD!!

raid frames are definitely Grid.
unit frames not sure, COULD be pitbull with a different layout.
buttons look to be bartender
top info bar is probably titanpanel?
moveable map is anything, take your pick, chinchilla, etc
chat is prat.

Bartender with button facade for the skin of the buttons I believe
I would say the player frame and target frame look like pitbull. I don't use a ton of addons but doing all of those things with aura's would be difficult with anything other then pitbull (maybe shadowed unit frames).
Top bar most likely titan panel
Minimap can be a hundred things
Chat is most likely prat, and combat text
Buffs could be SBF but might not be.

I don't see rage indicator.
No one tanks in a void.........
If the player's name is "Anik" it looks like the resource bar is directly underneath his health bar, it appears to be showing 27 Rage.

Doubt it's a UI pack. Most likely he has set this up himself using the addons listed in the other replies.
That is a nice UI indeed if theres a link we can download it it would be appreciated
