new to addons can u spot these?

hey guys im just startin to get into addons. can anyone tell me what his scrolling combat text is and his unit frame definetly isnt pitbull. any help would be appreciated thx guys

unitframes are xperal and SCT is MSBT maybe.

i dont think its msbt i like how it curves around the toon like that and i watched dome vidoes of it, msbt looks more straight up and down maybe i just gotta play with it alittle bit

If you dig deep enough you can control how Msbt actually flows on your screen.
