reforging is good.
replace those glinting demonseye with shifting demonseye. you dont need hit at all.
get the AGI shoulder enchant from therazane.
enchanting is good.
consider taking those points out of master shapeshifter and fury swipes for 2/2 in primal madness.
change out glyph of dash for glyph of challenging roar.

for the respec thing. isn't that just for the rage generation? i never have problems with that.

well, its between the extra rage or extra dps. i like the rage so that i dont have rage problems when i am being taunted off, but its pretty much a preferance thing. i put consider for that reason.
