Flashing Gold Boarder Addon

Hi everyone,

i am new to this forum and i know very little about addon.

I had a hard time finding this particular addon but to no avil.

On the 0:27Sec, the second skill icon from the left has this blinking and gold ring over it. Does anyone know wat is this addon called?

it will really help me out in my healing. Thanks alot in advance

Isn't that just part of Blizzards standard interface?

I meant the moving gold bar and the flashing icon, not the simple non-animated glow.

I also thought that's when a proc occurs in the blizz interface.

The blinking looks like she's spamming that particular key.

Yeah, that's just the default UI showing an ability that's usable or modified due to a proc.
