CTC question

Should I go straight mastery in gems/enchants until I'm at 102.4%? I'm currently 18.55% from the cap. Here's my profile, but it hasn't updated since oct. 24th so it says I'm missing enchants etc.

For gems yellow: 40 mastery red: 20 mastery/20parry blue: 20 mastery/30 stam the socket bonuses are worth it. For the rest just aim for gear with mastery and if it doesn't have any reforge it. 102,4% CTC is only possible in 378+ gear so for now just stack as much mastery as possible.
