Looks good, spec is cookie cutter build. Gear is alright, new weapon and a 4th tierpiece would help, but what you have looks decent. Expertise cap is 26 could maybe reforge ring hit>expertise ranged slot expertise>crit.

25 is fine. It isn't the cap, but i wouldn't drop hit or crit to reach it.

Below's a link to your character for an Askmrrobot analysis, it looks like you may wanna just reforge your new shoulders (gratz on the upgrade!). Also, I'd consider dropping Mining as a prof and to go Jewelcrafting... 201 plus to STR (Fury) and 303 STA (Prot) thru the Chimera gems versus Mining which gives only 120 STA. Coupled with your Blacksmithing, you can throw the Chimera Gems into the extra gem slots you get to make for your gloves, bracers, and waist. It may be a tough choice to drop a prof, but just so you don't feel alone, I myself had the exact profs you do, BS'n and Mining, and have only just recently dropped Mining for Jewelcrafting. Luckily, I've got a Drood alt which is great for farming Ores, instant flight form ftw and goodbye casting time for mount. It makes the ore farming a lot easier makes me feel like a fool that i didn't make the change sooner. So at the start, leveling up the new craft may go slow, as it is for me, but all you need to equip the Chimera Gems is a skill level of 500, not the full 525. Ultimately, I think the stat boost thru the profession is what may separate you from the rest in terms of damage output. At least it would be maximizing your character in ways that extend beyond typical standard means of loot/gear.

Ugh, just looked at your Armor and you already did the reforging from Haste to Hit...lol good job!

To get the most from apparatus, don't use it at the same time as Recklessness. That additional crit on top of a lot of crit isn't going to make that much of a difference. Use it right after Reck is done to extend the high crit bonus time, this is especially nice for filling out the rest of Deathwish, Hero, etc.

On Shannox, Bale, Domo, and Rags, pre pot golem's blood. It helps to get the damage up high fast, and you can still use another later on.
