holy pally needs help with HMs

Hey guys,

I wanted to post this to ask for a bit of help from some more experienced players. I want to pull more HPS on my pally but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am not every experienced with her becasue I have only really played her for firelands. Previous to playing my pally I played a resto druid so I have a lot of experience healing, just not with this class. I belive that I am gemmed/refored/enchanted right. So I think the issue lies in my playstyle.

I have recently joined a new guild as a trial so I'm hoping that you guys can give me some adive on how to improve. Last week was the 1st time they have had 6/7 H on farm. Granted it was the 1st time for me doing these fights, I still felt that my performance was lacking (especially on H Baleroc...).

One known issue is that I use too much flash of light. I am trying to fix this. Mana is a very big concern for me. I am used to my druid where mana is never really an issue so transitioning to pally has been a bit rough. Any constructive criticism and advice will be welcomed. I'm espeically thinking of where is best time to use DL insted of HL, when is it ok to use FoL, if I used my CDs at good places, etc. (Sorry I know this is a lot of stuff I just don't know anywhere else to ask ;__;)

Pally doesn't have natures swiftness. When you would use that on a Druid is the only timed I'd use FoL on a pally. As to when to use HL vs DL, that comes with practice and experience in the fight. VERY general guideline, I will usually DL if they are near 50% hp or I know they need to be topped off quickly.

As to mana, you are correct that FoL is a culprit but pally probably has the best mana tricks. If it is safe-ish, be in melée with the boss. Your seal will give you health and mana when you get the odd melée between casts. Judge as close to every 8 seconds as you can. They are fixing this so you will only need to every 30 seconds soon. HS on cd. Holy power=free heals=more mana.
