right way were doing it
zodirg (dk tank)
shajays (combat rogue)
aggroman (pally theal)
all going up shanjays going up twice and staying down final time to hlp clear adds
were all stacking up in just behind center towards the entrance for aoe healing
we got the lock focusing non stop on drones
assas rogue on spinners when there down on drone
hunter and mage spinners getting packs of spiderlings when they come back on to spinners and if there down drone
dps and heals stack behind the tanks swap if i got this right swapping as the kiss drops not to clear on the tanks tbh
It looks like the raid is taking too much damage from the spinners not being pulled down fast enough. The only taunter seemed to be the tank.
Try putting your hunter in MM to be able to use distracting shot to pull more down, and swap rogues so combat can aoe spiderlings while hunter is pulling spinners. The hunter will be focusing on spinners and drones with this role. Losing the ice trap, and lots of multishot, will make it harder to kill spiderlings fast. You might want the lock going between them and the drones to compensate if needed.

Over half the raid damage going on down stairs is from burning acid, so definetly do what Artie says.
You probably shouldo have a serious chat with Ironhind there's alot of stuff that he's being very sloppy with. The log shows vigilance not being up during the boss fight, vigialnce should be up the entire encounter if there's another tank with aggro. If he's not going to use it for the extra vengeance gain, or the taunt refresh (which is OP on this fight where he can solo taunt down all the spinners) then there's no point talenting it. Shield Block should be used practically on cooldown while he has aggro. He's hardly using cleave, he should be in the position to use that a hell of alot if he has aggro. What's even more puzzling is that he's using Inner Rage almost on CD (which halves the CD of of Cleave and Heroic strike). His rotation seems totally out of whack, most of his time he should be single targeting the drone (brought down spinners can be cleaved down but they don't tend to live long), and he's hardly using shield slam. He should be using that on CD.
His talent spec takes Bloodcraze, its a complete waste of talent points. It sucks, its the equvalent of an arcane mage taking early frost, except worse Gag order is also of ittle use to a raid tank. Tell him to shove the points into Deep wounds. His choice of glyphs are suspect, Victory rush is nice but he won't get many killing blows while raiding, Glyph of thunderclap will help him more. He's gemming expertise, Is he having threat problems? (prolly due to his pant ability usage, and shoddy spec) he needs to throw those out, red sockets should be fine ember topazes.
thx for advice guys will have a chat with iron he was having aggro probs before the threat change but if i remember right that was more of a prob when he was doing troll 5 mans just wondering are our dps lvls high enough for this fight our should we focus and gearing up a bit more some of the guys can still get upgrades from tier 11?
I wouldn't worry too much about having enough DPS until it's all going in the right place. It's hard to say either way given the short nature of the logs but since you've got the DPS to kill Shannox so you should have the DPS to kill Beth.
Personally i wouldn't waste time in T11, you should get more out of learning the fights in T12 if you want to go back to T11 for fun by all means go for it, but focus on T12. Your raids lowest avg ilevel is 362 if you're doing the fights right you should be fine, and playing your classes right, you should be OK. If your not hitting the the enrage your proplem is either in execution of the fight or knowledge of you classes.
Looking at whose damaging what you lock's tunneling the drones, it would probably help to have him dot up the spinners when they spawn (Glyph of soul swap FTW), he may even find he pull better DPS as Demo due to the better AOE. Either way if theires spinners that aren't on the ground the only exuse for not beating the shit out of them is becuase doing so would let spiderlings reach the drone.
Your rogues are Barely out DPSing Zodirg, so something may be up with them (i only play Sub so take the fallowing with alot of salt):
Kilerkims is Assassination, yet despite being below the spell hit cap is reforging out of hit. He's also not appearing to use Slice and Dice at all. His 3 biggest sources of damage our Instant poison(procs off MH), deadly poision (procs of OH), and melee hits. SnD increases melee attack speed by 40%. thats 40% more melee hits, 40% more off hand procs, and 40 % more mainhand procs, I suggest you subtlely (boom boom) get him over to elitistjerks and learn what he should be doing. His rupture uptime is also poor, he should be prioritising keeping SnD up>Rupture up and then dumping CP's with Envenom. It appears he's just spamming mutilate and using envenom.
Shanjays' Glyph's aren't the same as EJs recommend. He has a very high uptime on Blade flurry, If he's upstairs he will probably benefit from not having this buff up; he'll get more energy regen but his moves won't hit two targets, since there's only one target upstairs anyway no real loss. He also seems to have an incredibly high amounts of hit, with 3 points in precision, he only needs 241 hit rating from gear. He has 1155 hit raitng that 900 rating he can reforge, he should be aiming to get 8%hit 26 expertise, and then as much haste as possible once thats done he can go for the spell hit cap (17%) then mastery, then crit.
Just to add to those rogue critiques: if you look at details for a player and their 'buffs gained' tab, you should be able to see their slice and dice uptime. That should be as close to 100% as possible and that's a pretty good indicator as to how well the rogue is keeping up their rotation (with rupture uptime potentially a secondary indicator depending on spec/fight). The fact that you can't see it at all on Killerkims means one of two things: he's totally awesome, and so he managed to keep slice and dice up from before the log started until after it finished (joke!) or that he's utterly terrible and needs to learn his class better. He's spent 3 talent points in Cut to the Chase, a talent which is entirely about keeping Slice and Dice up. The EJ Assassination thread is very comprehensive: http://elitistjerks.com/f78/t110134-..._06_28_2011_a/ - and you should keep a close eye on that buff uptime for both rogues in your future WOL reports to track their progress.
Well done. Comparing it wiith the log you linked in the first post your raid has made quite an improvement
Your up nearly 2k effective DPS (a 14% improvement)
Quickscopes is up 4k (30%)
Majon is up 3.5k (20%)
Shanjays is up 6k (67%)
Killerkims is up 4k (49%)
and Ironhind is up 1.2k (15%) though Ironhind still needs to sort his rotation out and pay attention to Sword and board procs, Alyzrazor will be impossible with this playstyle.
