I'm not sure what exactly the fury stat weights are, but WoW Reforge is a pretty useful tool.
I think it's Exp (to cap) = Hit (to soft cap) > Crit > Hit (past soft cap) > Haste > Mastery...so if you put in something a bit above haste as your "over cap weight" there and just hit optimize, it should instruct you how to reforge.
Isn't mastery > haste for TG (as TG actulaly uses RB)? It's been a while since I followed up - and it's not really much of a difference whether haste or mastery is last I don't think...
Landsouls is probably the best source. But wow reforge or askmrrobot.com would be another.
The one thing I see stat wise is you're at 25/25 expertise. I think it's 791 expertise for 26/26 and you're at 777, which is 14 points. So you need a little more expertise rating - but that's going to take some balancing as you reforged your mastery trinket (Youth) into expertise instead of crit. You have several places you could reforge into expertise and reforge that mastery into crit instead (2nd ring, gun, chest, shoulders, both weapons --- reforge the mastery to crit instead of expertise in the neck).
I'd recommend using WoW reforge or askmrrobot to get your reforging squared away. Landsoul's is still the best place to go to for an idea about DPS though simucraft is widely used too.

Yeah, I don't know what comes where after hit/exp caps and crit...and I believe it's different between SMF and TG.
They share most of it. Hit to 8% > Exp to 26 > Crit > Hit to 27% > haste/mastery. And haste/mastery have switched places a few times - as has hit and mastery earlier.
But I remember reading somehwere about high hit and high mastery builds - but that only makes sense for TG where you use RB.
Hit to 8% because you still generate rage on dodge/parries, but not on misses. Though if any Fury enters a raid without 8% hit and 26 exp, they're doing something wrong.

For TG build up until BIS, ...hit(past soft cap)>mastery >haste. There's talk of mastery gaining weight near top end gear, but playing mastery heavy can lead to rage starve if not played correctly.
