Hi, long time lurker / first time poster here to seek some advice and/or clarification.
I'm a warrior tank in a 10 man guild and we've been working on Heroic Rag for 3 weeks now. This week I finally got some much needed upgrades to my gear in order to hit the magic unhittable number: 102.4% total avoidance. The following image is a copy&paste from a fraps of one of our Rag wipes, as well as a chatlog except from before the pull.
rag hit.jpg In case it is too small, it shows a CTC macro showing 102.66%, and a Rag hit for 43654 (4436 absorbed) with no block/parry/dodge/miss.
If anyone has any ideas of what could cause this, I would appreciate the information. For those willing to assist me in figuring this out, here is a link to my guild's WoL. I will regularly check this thread for any updates.

After doing a little more research on the topic I found the combat log doesn't display more than 1 type of mitigation on a given hit, and absorbs take priority over blocks. So that hit was a block, but because I had the Paladin Mastery absorb effect on me, it didn't display the blocked damage.
On maintankadin there is the theory that Baleroc has "expertise", players with 108% CTC have been reporting full swings (without an absorb). You can find a link to the thread here.
