Gigantiform bracers or bracers of regal force

Which would be better for a new dk tank about to step in to FL raids?
I know that one is probably dps bracers but the mastery is making me think it might be slightly better

Bracers of regal:
153 str (38 parry)

Gem = 40 mastery + 15 stam
85 mastery (reforged)
127 Dodge (reforged)
110 parry

So:
Giganform = 103 parry (str + reforge), 173 mastery, 341 sta
Bracers of regal = 148 parry (rating + str), 120 mastery (reforge + gem), 127 dodge, 356 stam (gem)

So --- Bracers pretty much own.
+45 parry
+127 dodge
+15 stam
-53 mastery

Mastery is a very nice stat. It's not stack over everything else (unless maybe if you can hit CTC passively... and then only maybe).
