Necrotic strike on iniates-alysrazor

If youve been on these adds as any class you've realised they cast too fast to interrupt alone, so i was wondering if anyone has tried necrotic striking them to slow cast so you have more of a gap between the ends of their casts to get mind freeze off cd?
