Looking for an add on

I have been looking for a specific add on this morning and can't seem to find it. I have run a few dungeons with people and seen it in use. When a tank in particular uses a cool down it puts text above his head when it starts, and then again when it ends. I imagine this helps chain defensive cool downs together in tough situations, and lets your healer know when to expect more or less incoming damage. If anyone could give me the name of that add on, I would appreciate it very much.

I used to just make a macro in the case of using it for a group do /g Shield Wall up!!!! /cast shield wall.

Wrong thread, there is one for addons down in the UI part.
Wakespams works for all classes for announcing relevant cooldowns.

Speel Reflect works on Death Grip, I think it pulls the DK to you instead. I would think Lifegrip works the same way?

Lifegrip is a freindly spell, so reflect wouldent affect it. Would be as if reflecting a heal, doesent happen
