New to forums, need some guidance!

Hello guys, I am new to the forums and I have some questions!

This is my first tanking character. I have an 83 lvl protection warrior who is currently level 83. I have tried tanking Blackrock Caverns and Throne of the Tides and it seems I have a problem with aggro. Even though I start with "Charge-Rend-Cleave-Thunder Clap-Shockwave" , I keep losing aggro!

The other thing I wanted to ask you:
I dont have much experience tanking, and I have done the cataclysm dungeons mostly with DPS characters. So I don't know the role of the tank in certain bosses. Do you know where can I find tanking guides for Cataclysm bosses?
