Looking for a Death Report Addon

I am trying to find an addon that does death reports. I have tried Acheron but it doesn't seem to be working. This could be that I may not have it set up right but i'm not sure. Any help would be great.

Acheron hasn't been updated for 4.1 yet. In the meantime I have just been using Recount.

I use Fatality (available on curse) and it works fine

I would go with Death Note. I'm not sure about any of the other ones, because I haven't tried them, but I'm really liking Death Note.

+1 for Death Note. It is exceptional. If you are leading a raid group, or progression raiding in general it will do nothing more than benefit you.
