Mastery: 353 Legguards of the Emerald Brood <vs> 359 Reinforced Sapphirium Legguard

My Dodge/Parry are already pretty high making Mastery so much more appealing to me versus losing things to DR. I am not a genius but I believe this is around 1.2 - 1.5 % additional block.
