I've been an arms warrior since the day I first crafted my Arcanite Reaper in vanilla and I can't, no matter how hard I try, make myself like Fury... even now in it's (re)ascendancy.

With that in mind, I've been trying to pre-raid-gear my arms warrior the absolute best way I can so as to not give my raid leaders cause to regret taking an Arms junkie into the instance with them.

I've got my caps figured out, I think, but I'm wondering if some of the more experienced warriors out there would change my enchant/gem/reforge layout. Is there a more min/max route I could go with those to get better results? Am I even on the right track? Is excluding haste from my build a good idea, or should I take upgrades as they come and just reforge?
