Donated but still don't have access

Clicked links to become a donor, found already was registered on ZAM, donated $30. Checked credit card, yes, they did take the money. Still cannot access videos. Get a screen saying something about "tankspot does not have any premium services to which you can subscribe" or something like that. Thanks in advance for any help.

have you linked your tankspot and zam accounts?

you have to do that before tankspot realises you donated.

Anyone having site or account issues should click the "contact us" button up there right under the TANKSPOT at the top of the page. That goes directly to me, it is a much more efficient way of getting these technical things ironed out. It also saves face...
