Why can't I post in guild recruitment?

Hey guys - I must have missed some policy rules on this and this is probably the wrong place to ask, but...

I'm trying to put up a guild recruitment post in the guild recruitment section, but I don't seem to have the rights to post there.

What do I need to do to?

posting in there is a donor perk if i remember right.

I just made a full year donation, but I still can't post in guild recruitment. My account is upgraded - at least so it says.
Perhaps it takes a while to become effective...

well you show as donor nwo you post, shoudl be able to soon, these things can take a while :P
