Mastery for a Warrior.
What cogwheel gems would be best for tanking with this headpiece. Obviously the +208 Parry Rating, but for the second should I go for the +208 Dodge, or +208 Mastery?
Mastery for a Warrior.
Err... oops - if you're a warrior... Then this applies, like Sebadoh says.
It's not obviously 208 parry. It's obvious 208 Mastery.
Then, based on your other gear, dodge or parry. What I'm finding is I have a lot more parry than dodge because of my strength - so you might even find to keep dodge within roughly 2.5%, you need the dodge cogwheel.
What class tank are you?

Mastery is the obvious choice. It's up to you with Dodge vs Parry. I personally prefer Parry even if your Dodge is lower because of the HTL symbiosis.

It actually depends on your mastery level. As Koijyama mentioned when he did the HtL math, high mastery has a big effect on this. At least if his math for rawr is right. With a lot of mastery such a gap can be the right point to be (but only just). However with low mastery there is no point in such a big gap.
Thanks guys, I went with dodge and mastery, putting dodge at 11ish and parry at 12ish and mastery around 43. Another question I have is (beware nub question) why build ip mastery so much if at 40% and 60% my damage blocked is staying at 30%? BTW I'm a Warr tank. Despite what anyone says I'm loving the Warrior tank. it takes a lot to steal my aggro![]()
