Warrior Spec patch 4.1 PTR question

So, I'm thinking about respecting in patch 4.1 out of gag order here is my purposed spec moving the points into impending victory

Thunderstruck is weak on most occassions as is IV, i prefer 3/3 Incite and Deep Wounds over both.

Unless there were some changes to impending victory it is still a relatively lack luster talent. A talent which is only usable on the last 20% of a fight isn't really that great. Even with the Field Dressing talent and the glyph, this heal only comes to 9.54% of your total health. You would probably be better off simply spending those points outside of the Protection tree. For example, Blood Craze over the course of the entire fight may actually end up healing for more because it is a 3.816% heal that can occur from 100% all the way to 0% instead of only 20% and lower.

I really like build that klausi posted. I'll probably go with that. I like impending victory but I know from beta is isn't very good for an all purpose talent build like the others are.
