Viewless Wings vs Wrap of the Great Turtle

Hey all,
Was wondering if any of the feral tanks out there are wearing viewless wings or the Wrap of the Great Turtle. I admit that the Wrap is pretty nice, but the fact that is has strength on it has me deterred from it.

i use cloak of biting chill on my bear. crit/mastery gear and reforging the crit into dodge is basically the best option for bears.

Using the stat weightings from askmrrobot.com, the Biting Chill comes out as BiS assuming regular T11 content.
Viewless Wings is 2nd BiS assuming regular T11 content.
Wrap of the turtle is 6th on the list. Better options include the LW'er crafted one and the one from 2nd boss in heroic Deadmines. However those 3 are all pretty close.

Currently using Wrap of the Turtle, But will get Viewless Wings Once I have taken care of some other things 1st.

Turtle Wrap is not as good, But way easy to obtain and allow you to buy valor items for those pieces that "just will not drop!" lol
