Protection Warrior Macro Help

I've tried looking for help on a few of these questions but I can't seem to find the answers i'm looking for so I turn to you for help.

Is there a way to have Shield Slam or Revenge (in that order) come to the top of the macro rotation if they are off of cool down? Is there a way to make Devastate stay on the rotation if neither of those other two abilities are available? I'm trying to make a single target macro that uses Shield Slam, Revenge, and Devastate and looks like this:

/castsequence reset=5 Shield Slam, Revenge, Devastate
or
/castsequence reset=3 Shield Slam, Revenge, Devastate, Devastate, Devastate

Late in wotlk it was made impossible to use cast sequence to play the game for you so your out of luck =)

I dont want the game to play for me. I want to reduce the time i'm looking away from the battle and thin down my action bar.

Use key binds and mode to let you know when a cd is up :-) cast sequence macros are lame.

I know alot of people use forte. I did not like it with SnB though but they may have fixed.that since wrath. I run the default ui right now. :-(

There's a Blizzard Power Auras for SNB-procc, if that's not enough just install your own power auras.

And if you want to focus your eyes on the battle and still want to see when things lit up just put those two buttons (Shield Slam/Revenge, Devastate has no downtime) right below/above/at the sides of your eye focus section. Any bar-addon should be able to do this for you.
