Raw Fury 5x Tracking Addon Suggestions?

I use Satrina's Buff Frames for most of my buffs/debuffs and it works great however I don't seem to be able to setup a bar to ONLY show Raw Fury when it has 5 stacks how I want.

Essentially I am looking for an addon that shows notification when Raw Fury is at 5 stacks ie. when "Forged Fury" on-use is available from my Fury of the Angerforge trinket.

Any suggestions?

I use Raven for this, as well as the rest of my (de)buffs. Poweraura will work too.
