New Power aura blood dk?

Just wanted to ask I was tanking a heroic on my dk a little while ago and got one of those spell alerts (power aura things that blizz has put in). Just wanted to know if any1 else has seen it and if they know what it's for.

Theres 2 possibilities, one might be will of the necropolis, they changed to a buff-like proc, your rune tap should cost no runes, it activates if you go under 30% your maximum health.. the other one might be crimson scourge that procs from auto attacks on targets you have blood plague on, gives you a free blood boil

It's probably will of the necropolis then because I don't have the crimson scourge talent will check and post an image if I can
