First) Reforge the INT into Mastery(128 Mastery)

New Stats:
128: Mastery
193: INT

The effect is my question. As you know there are other "Your Harmful Spells" Trinkets/Weap Enchs that work with Tank abilities(Blackout comes to mind).

So what would you think about running this Trinket?

an almost 2k Mastery buff every 90 secs(thats the cooldown) would be a VERY VERY VERY nice buff to tanks.

Personally... I wouldn't, in large part because I don't like RNG. I'd rather have 400 stamina and an on-use mastery than 2000k mastery... In a way it's sexy because it's like a free shield block every 90 seconds... but then for the other 80... But then I'm biased toward passive survability for base (armor or now mastery) with on-use abilities so I can choose when to use them.

It's an interesting idea, but not enough control for me :-/

HAHA I know its crazy BUT I thought I would throw that out there.

Int can't be reforged. So you'd have 2k mastery 20 out of every 90 seconds. That's an average of 444 Mastery, but averages don't matter much in this case. When the trinket isn't up, you get no benefit from the slot at all, whereas you could be getting http://www.wowhead.com/item=62471 instead, which would give you 321 passive mastery and the ability to negate a lot of spell damage on a 1 minute cooldown, which interestingly, is less that the trinket you're mentioning.

I also believe that for warriors anyways, nothing we have is actually classified as a spell (Thunderclap and Shockwave are range-0 ranged attacks, maybe the shouts are spells though).

Even if it procs for a tank, and that is a big if, it would still be far inferior to pretty much anything else, including the easily obtainable http://www.wowhead.com/item=55881 and http://www.wowhead.com/item=56280.
