Currently I feel that after my endless research like most of us have done, i've gotten my gear tweaked pretty well.

Reforge everything you can to Mastery (especially all that Expertise, yuck), and change your gems to:
Blue: Stam/Mastery
Yellow: Mastery
Red: Mastery/Parry
Change your Expertise Cogwheel to Parry or Dodge. Get a real leg enchant, and a +55 Stam chest enchant.
