    In WLK, 4%miss in Spell Reflection would be miss the Spells as Dragon Breathing ?

    the wow 's patch is 3.35 in the china.
    In the WLK 3.35, warrior's talent has a Spell Reflection which provide 4% spell miss if you cast the 2 talent points

    Now,i have a quession
    in ICC, Dragon has the a Dragon Breathing
    Can the 4% spell miss from talent lead the Dragon Breathing be missed ?
