Reforging and Gemming: Where to next?

So I have been 85 for about 2 weeks and I am almost fully geared in regards to pre-raiding. I have heroic gear with green gems in them and have been trying to replace them with blue quality gems. After debating with myself for hours on which ones to gem for, I decided to reach out for some advice. I also would like some suggestions on reforging since I do not really have any experiences with that either. I hope you guys don't mind helping out.

Basic Tank Stats

HP: 141851 (146793 with kings)
Armor: 35411
Dodge: 11.75%
Parry: 12.46%
Block: 39.37%
Mastery: 15.07

Firstly, this is the wrong section of the forum, you should post this in the Halp! section.

Second, I will give you the basic rundown for gemming that mostly everyone is following:

Yellow: Mastery
Blue: Mastery/Stam
Red: Mastery/Parry

Reforge hit/expertise to mastery, if it has mastery reforge to parry, if it has that reforge to dodge. If you have dodge/parry on a piece, reforge dodge to mastery. Basically, mastery everything, parry if not mastery.
