    Has anyone also noticed that heroic throw talented even when it hits dose not interrupt the prototypes in P2, specifically when the lava is rising using heroic throw to catch the first cast, i quized a GM but he thort that it has somthing to do with not being hit capped even when the heroic throw lands

    That's because Gag Order adds a Silence to Heroic Throw, not an Interrupt. There is a difference.
