Prot Pally gemming?

I've read some of the guides about prot pallies on EJ, but they all seem to still tank into affect being able to reach block cap.

Soooo, my question is: What is the correct way to gem? Focus on dodge/parry or mastery?
Atm, I have sort of stacked mastery. Not straight stacked, but I've matched socket bonuses while putting an emphasis on mastery. (using mast/stam, parry/mast, and mast) It seems to be working pretty well, but if there is a better way, I would rather do that.

I personally go with:
Red: Parry/Stam or Exp/Stam (if you want expertise)
Yellow: Mastery/Stam
Blue: Stam
Prismatic: Stam or Mastery or Mastery/Stam

I don't "stack" stam but I do make sure all the sockets are /stam or stam, because the extra health always helps as long as you aren't going for health over anything else.
