well considering a ton of guilds started raiding the new 10/25 mans in mostly ICC 277 gear, as soon as you hit 85 and are gemmed and enchanted your ready.

Most of our guild was still in 4 set T10 when we started raiding and had 7 bosses down in the first week of cata.

Starting raiding has very little to do with gear and more about your skill to play the class.

Except for reputation and crafted epics you get everything you can before entering raids, all enchanted and gemmed - so what are you waiting for?

But you should think about your gemming, reforging away some crit/haste for expertise and spellhit caps, going for mastery after that. Gemming for agility looks superior to me, taking the socket bonus where it fits.

For comparison, playing around with your items for a minute and enchanting properly (chest, shoulder) i end up with
