4 piece vicious vs 4 piece set vs 4 piece generic.
Strength = 1,368 1,048 1,026
Mastery rating =181 149 430
Crit rating = 201 228 338
Expertise rating = 159 168 301
Haste rating = 0 754 377
Hit rating = 159 149 0
Fact : Strength is worth the most rating for everyone, for unholy DKs it's worth over 3x as much as the 2nd best stat.
4 piece pvp gives you 350 strength and a loss of about 750 haste when compared to tier. Haste is a garbage stat for warriors, and is only 1/3 as good as strength for DKs.
4 piece pvp against generics gives you 350 strength and a loss of about 370 haste, 250 mastery and 130 crit, but you get 160 hit rating. Mastery is fury's weakest stat along with haste.
2-set for warriors is worth about 1% dps.
4-set I would wager about 2% dps, and that's being very generous and inaccurate.
So from the looks of it, if you are a primarily tank spec character, doing your 5-arena games a week will give you a best in slot pvp+pve off spec gear in just 2 months of arena games(about 40 wins overall)

Over at EJ the thinking of stat weights for dps warrs goes as follows:
"Get 8% Hit (including Precision), 26 Expertise. After that, Strength > Hit (up to 27%) > Crit > Haste == Mastery." - Fury
"Get 8% Hit. After that, Strength > Crit > Mastery = Expertise > Haste." - Arms
their arms stat weights don't make any sense on ej. when you aren't expertise capped you can have your cs and ms dodged which is a huge dps loss since you aren't getting 100% arp for 6 seconds or 30% more damage on your next op/ms/execute. having op procs really doesn't make up that dps loss.

You don't have to keep HS on cooldown. it's a rage dump. not part of your rotation.
And as they've been trying to explain, per point, you will ALWAYS get more dps out of strength than haste, and thats INCLUDING extra rage generation and the resulting dps from extra HS.
