but the stats youve posted don't seem bad , personaly I've got higher dodge and lower parry .. and about 10K health more but I have BiS of all heroic drops.

ofc about that left eye of rajh ... tbh I would even prefer a non heroic tanking trinket compared to a rogue/druid/hunter dps trinket ...

I would most definitely replace both of those dps trinkets. even with lower ilvl trinkets.

disclaimer: this is for tanking in general. as far as pally specifics you might want a pally to answer that.

http://www.wowhead.com/item=56280 could be situation but would still prefer a stam or armor trinket.
I'm fairly sure that skinning and mining are your money makers that being said. There is also the JC only stam trinket http://www.wowhead.com/item=52352 which is a random drop quest from deeplom along with a melee dps trinket for your ret set. I personally would drop the skinning for jc.
As far as your weapon i think your weapon is fine. There might be slight upgrades out there but none that i know of off hand.
I do believe all tanks are gemming for stam and mastery and not dodge or parry. Warriors might gem a slight amount of parry for hold the line talent but not likely.
