I am the guild master of a recently formed 10 man raiding guild. We are desperately trying to recruit the right people to our guild and find we have a hit a wall with recruitment on realm forums.
I have tried to stay away from trade channel to hopefully find more suitable players. But my efforts seem to be wasted. I'm not sure if it is the fact we simply don't have enough to offer players, or whether our recruitment methods just aren't working.
What are your thoughts? Should we use trade channel and try for any players we can get?
You won't get many top-notch raiders if you can't put together a reliable raid group. If you do have a decent group put together, get some achievements that you can show off, and it'll help a lot.
Simply running around with a "We finished this on hard mode!" title or mount makes me get a ton of questions of people wanting to join my guild.
