Thanks very helpful. However the Ozruk section refers to a DoT. ("Get the DoT on you!"). What is "the" DoT, and how do I get it on me?

Melee -> Attack him. When bulwark is up you'll receive a bleed effect.
Range -> Use DoT attacks when bulwark is up, you'll get some of them reflected back to you, so you'll be taking DoT damage.
