Addon in TankSpot (RS 25 Hard) Video

I can't seem to find this addon's name anywhere. The person in the video is also not listed in the TankSpot Video User Interfaces Thread.

The addon is used by Pappapaint, warrior tank, in the RS 25 Hardmode Movie. It shows enemy health bars as red, and then turns to green once you gain aggro on the target.

Any help would be appreciated

I can't look at the video right now, but it sounds like TidyPlates: Clean Plates. Mine do the same, but they're blue without aggro and yellow with aggro. I think you can change that setting though.

It's tidyplates, with the threatplates addon.
