Marksman Help

Hey guys, recently I have become very flustered by my hunter's dps in my mm spec. I have reforged all of my crit into mastery, and haven't touched my haste and my hit rating is 8%. I can't seem to break past 5.5 - 6k dps on the dummy, while my dk (who is significantly lower geared than my hunter) does 7k. I don't see what I'm doing wrong. I go on Youtube and see hunters with the same gear doing 9k, and I can't figure out what they are doing differently. I have spent days toying around with my talent trees and reforging everything multiple times, but nothing seems to change.

Any advice is much appreciated.

well dks are banging in dps right now, anyways whats your priority system. remember having 100% uptime on improved steady shot buff is one goal

Thanks for the reply, my priority goes as so; Hunter's Mark (pet attack), Serpent Sting, Chimera, Steady Shot x2, Arcane Shot x2, Steady Shot x2, Chimera Shot, Steady Shotx2, Arcane Shot x2, etc. I alternate between Chimera, and Arcane Shots, and replace Arcane Shot with Aimed Shot when Wild Quiver procs.
