ICC rings for resto/ele shammy

with the new talents and you getting 1 hit for every spirit is it now worth going for the healer ring if i have a resto os as it would benefit both my specs?

the only problem i can see with using the healer ring is that you would have to add healing spells into your rotation to get the sp bonus to proc - that would affect your dps negatively

better to use the caster ring with your resto os considering you have to use shocks and lightning bolts to enhance your heals/regen mana - much easier to get the sp buff

you could reforge the hit on the wrong to spirit if you really want spirit - prefer mastery though
